Text presentation of the “Monochromes” series

We could say that my artistic approach in painting is that of a Maximalist, I seek density and the multiplication of layers and superposition, which makes the Monochromes series very particular, because it began in 2014 and which continues to the present, it allows me a form of subjectivity in the treatment of the subject from which I detach myself while retaining its charge of emotions and information, thus images of personality portraits which impact my society and in the initial culture are rendered by my particular technique

The gestures that punctuate this series give it a testimony of self-confidence in terms of a painter who forgets the concern for colors

It is a series impacted by a figurative minimalist aesthetic sense.
